Create Your BYBPORT Account
Register your account on BYBPORT to receive your unique customer ID code. This code is your exclusive identifier and ensures every parcel is accurately assigned to your account.
Get Your Dedicated China Warehouse Address
Once your account is activated:
- Go to your Dashboard — review and accept the Liability & Terms of Service.
- Obtain your exclusive BYBPORT warehouse address in China.
When shopping on Chinese e-commerce platforms such as Taobao, Pinduoduo, or 1688, or when arranging supplier shipments:
- Enter your dedicated BYBPORT warehouse address.
- Always include your unique customer ID code in the address field.
Generate Your Official Shipping Label
For accurate processing and smooth transportation:
- Log in to your account.
- Click "Shipping Labels" in the dashboard.
- Select your shipping method (Air / Sea / Express) and delivery address.
- Click Generate Label.
- Print or download the label as a PDF.
- Send the label to your supplier and request that it be attached to the outer carton before dispatch.
Warehouse Receiving & Notification
Once your parcel arrives at our China warehouse:
- It is scanned and registered under your account.
- You receive an email notification.
- Parcel details become visible in your orders.

Invoice & Freight Confirmation
Based on your selected shipping method:
- An official freight invoice is generated.
- You receive an email notification.
- Payment details are available inside your account.

Make payment according to the invoice instructions. Once payment is confirmed, your shipment enters the international transportation process immediately.
Track Your Shipment in Real Time
After dispatch, you can:
