  • When your package arrives at the destination pick-up point, our customer services will contact you to inform you that your package has arrived. You can go to the pick-up point to pay in cash or transfer the money to the appropriate account via electronic payment and collect your package.
  • Yes. Every package is opened upon arrival at the facility. Trained agents carefully review your purchases to ensure they were not broken during shipping and are legal for export from China.
  • If you are a Premium customer, we will verify the number of items in your submitted expected order and upload photos for you to review.
  • If you receive an item that is not in the manufacturer's original packaging or is not from a trusted merchant, the product packaging will be opened to inspect the item. This reduces fraud and saves you shipping costs by verifying the correct product is in the package and is legal for export from China.
  • Many stores pack your items in boxes that are too large or not properly prepared for global shipping. Extra care is taken to ensure all your merchandise is properly packaged for international shipping. Our repackaging service, free with a Premium or Business membership, will save you money in shipping costs and also helps ensure your purchases are not damaged during transport.
  • Shipping multiple packages overseas directly from online stores can be very costly. With package consolidation, expert packers combine your purchases into a single package, saving you up to 80% on international shipping rates.
  • After you select your shipping method, we will consolidate small packages with the same shipping method for shipment together. If you believe your packages are not ready for shipment, please wait to select a shipping method until all your packages have arrived. Once you choose a shipping method, we will arrange the fastest air or sea transport to consolidate the packages for you.
  • Premium members receive free package consolidation. As per-pound shipping rates decrease as the box weight increases, it is almost always to your benefit to ship one large box instead of several small boxes.
  • We do not accept:
  • Standalone batteries (power banks, energy-storage packs, loose cells),
  • Drones (and any batteries packed with/for drones),
  • Printer consumables (ink cartridges, liquid ink, toner/toner powder),
  • White powdery substances or powders of unknown origin,
  • Flammable/explosive items (e.g., aerosols, fireworks, lighter fuel),
  • Any item prohibited by carriers, customs/port authorities, or destination laws.
  • You must truthfully declare contents and provide documents (e.g., SDS) if requested. If prohibited/suspected items are detected, BYBPORT may refuse, return, delay, or legally dispose of the shipment. All related costs/penalties (return, storage, disposal) are billed to the shipper. BYBPORT is not liable for delays, losses, or indirect/consequential damages arising from prohibitions or regulatory actions.
  • You must accept this policy when requesting our warehouse address; address details are released only after your acknowledgment. If unsure, contact support before shipping—no exceptions are granted for the prohibited items listed above. The policy may be updated at any time to reflect carrier or regulatory changes.
