Terms of Service
General conditions of carriage and platform usage agreement.
1. Agreement Scope
These Terms govern your access to and use of the BYBPort platform, including all logistics, warehousing, and freight forwarding services.
2. Shipper Obligations
The Shipper warrants that they are the owner or authorized agent of the owner of the goods. The Shipper is responsible for accurate cargo declarations, including weight, dimensions, and contents.
3. Rates & Payments
Rates are subject to change based on fuel surcharges and carrier availability. Invoices must be settled within the agreed credit terms (Net 30/Net 60).
4. Liability & Insurance
BYBPort's liability is limited by international conventions (Warsaw/Montreal). We strongly recommend purchasing additional cargo insurance for high-value shipments.

5. Prohibited Goods
Transportation of hazardous materials, illegal substances, or undeclared batteries is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Outstanding invoices remain due and payable.
